There will be a two week registration period at the beginning of July, on the following dates:

• Monday 4th July to Friday 8th 6pm to 8pm
• Saturday 9th July 10am to 4 pm
• Monday 11th July to Friday 15th 6pm to 8pm

Venue: 135 Ware Road, Hertford, SG13 7EG (Treasurers Address)

Parents/managers will need to provide:

• A completed registration form with 1 photo of the player
• A completed Membership Form with player contact and medical details
• A completed standing order form for immediate payment of £50, plus 3 further payments of £40 each for 1st September; 1st December and 1st March

Registration forms will be available from Sandra Abdelhamid (Club Secretary) by the end of May.

For registrations after 15th July:

Completed registrations and membership forms should be returned to
Sandra Abdelhamid, Registrations Secretary, 12 Burleigh Road, Hertford

For subs - the initial immediate £50 payment will have to be by cheque/cash and then we will use the standing order form for the remaining 3 £40 payments, provided we get it before 31st July.
Beyond that date we will only take cash/cheque payments of £170 for the whole of the season
