Club policy on funding of coaches courses

The club’s policy is that the club will pay for First4Sport Level 1 courses. For other training courses, the club will consider paying after committee authorisation with the proviso that if the person leaves within 2 years, there will be a repayment of 75% if this occurs within the first year and 50% in the second year – this will be communicated via the website.
Grant will attempt to pull together a coaches charter to which all coaches need to sign up to.

Club policy on refunds of registration fees and subs

The club’s policy is that should players leave throughout the season, the registration fee will not be refunded. Subs will be returned if notification of leaving BRFC via age group manager is received in writing within 28 days of the latest instalment.
