Purpose of job:
To ensure that all Officials courses are well attended within the club by effective correspondence. To raise the standard of Officials by ensuring all skill levels attend those sufficient and relevant courses.
Main Duties:
- Maintains a list of qualified technical officials (e.g. Referees, Judges, Timekeepers)
- Encourages, recruits, develops, and organises training for all club coaches
- Arranges for all administrative matters concerning new entrants to officiating and upgrading of officials qualifications
- Organises officials for club ‘home’ fixtures and promotions
- To promote and raise the standard of the officials in the club

- President of club
Time Involved:
- Occasional weekly involvement (when in match season)
Skills Required:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good communication Skills
- The ability to plan ahead
Experience needed:
- Umpiring qualification, although not essential, would be an advantage
- Effective communication skill-verbal and written
Pay Status:
- Voluntary Role
