Purpose of job:
To administer all new registrations, and bring to the executive committee any discrepancy which may arise on transfers, and scorecards as defined within the rules and Constitution of the your Governing Body. To prepare an accurate list and issue it promptly with as much advance notice as possible to all clubs prior to the start of the winter or (summer) league.
Main duties:
- Enter leagues and tournaments agreed by governing board and invited officers
- Send appropriate payments at appropriate times to organisers
- Reorganise any matches that have been postponed or notify team manager of any changes
- Provide match and tournament details (times, maps etc)

- To Club President
Time Involved:
- Occasional monthly involvement, mainly at the beginning of the season
Skills required:
- Good problem solving ability
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working as a team player to contribute to the achievement of the clubs aims and objectives
Experience needed:
- Effective communication skills-verbal and written
- Access to a PC and photocopier would be a distinct advantage, although not essential
Difficulties Encountered:
- Tournaments tend to be timely returning of forms with payments and deposit cheques.
