Purpose of job:
A small management committee will head the Club’s management and administrative structure. It will meet regularly, take decisions, make recommendations, co-ordinate and delegate to sub-committees and plan ahead. It will comprise Club Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and Chairpersons of the key sub-committees.
Main Duties:
- To prepare for and attend committee meetings
- Represent the clubs with respect to the development of policies and procedures
- To act as a representative of the club members
Accountable to:
- The Club Chair
Time Involved:
- Occasional monthly involvement as per club calendar
Skills Required:
- Have an interest in the club
- Excellent organisational skills
Experience needed:
- Working as a team player to contribute to the achievement of the clubs aims and objectives
